The objective of WP1 is to quantify CO2, CH4 and N2O fluxes from estuaries according to their typology and their urban pressure. WP1 is based on the analysis of field data, remote sensing and transport/reaction modeling. Targeted tropical estuaries are located in Vietnam and Brazil and include deltas, tidal estuaries, lagoons and bays with various degrees of anthropogenic pressures.
